Shoot the Answer Into the Goal
Even the legendary German player and manager Sepp Herberger knew that the next game is always the hardest. This also applies naturally to our quiz at Futurium – above all, when our favourite referee duo of Tom and Darren are inviting you to enter the lion’s den on Alexanderufer for the big European Quiz Championship.

In order to win, you don’t have to be able to recite all the Romanian national team’s substitute goalkeepers since 1960 or sing the Slovenian national anthem flawlessly. What is more important is to have a few powerful motivational quotes on hand for your team mates, a couple of intricate combinations, some well-played set pieces and, last but not least, the decisive flash of inspiration that will help you smash the right answer into the goal. And even if you don’t have the slightest idea who the current goalkeeper of the German football team is, you’ve still got a chance. Deflected lucky shots count too, of course; and what is more important for the quiz than specialist knowledge and back-heel flicks is team spirit and, above all, the swarm intelligence of your own personal European Championship squad. Or to put it succinctly in the spirit of Franz Beckenbauer: go out and play quiz!
