TWO DISCIPLINES BETWEEN PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE
HYBRID FUTURES. SPECULATIONS ABOUT ART AND SCIENCE
The Hybrid Plattform and Futurium invite you to their joint event series Hybrid Futures. This is where artists will be linking up with scientists to develop – using scenarios from different eras – a speculative vision of the future shape of their respective disciplines.
Futurium
The series of events will be held in English (with German translation) and will kick off with a conversation between Hito Steyerl, whose video art deals critically with the effects of digitalisation, and two experts for artificial intelligence, Mike Tyka and Jules LaPlace.
Before the event, visitors can take part in a free guided tour of the Futurium exhibition, which focuses on multidisciplinary visions for shaping the future.
