How much longer is this going to take?! The political public wants things to change quickly and preferably immediately. For example, when a new tax law is passed or when infrastructure measures have to be implemented. The issue of speed in democracy is on the minds of many citizens. It is particularly in focus in connection with the transformation towards sustainability and climate neutrality. In the end, it is about the trade-off between carefully considered decisions and fast results in our democracy. We want to discuss together how we can achieve an effective dynamic between legislation and implementation in climate policy and from which perspectives and examples we can draw inspiration.
