How to negotiate possible futures in a constructive manner
Moralising – no thanks?
How do we want to live? It’s not only at Futurium that this question has become a focus of interest. In order to successfully shape the future, we need to ensure understanding and compromises. However, what seems to be lacking at the present time is an atmosphere of constructive debate and the negotiation of shared values.

Increasingly, the accusation is that political debates are being conducted in moralising rather than factual terms. Discuss with us whether society is really so polarised that it’s lost its common values. Do we even need a common set of values? And how might we achieve a constructive culture of debate? Join us and the talk between our two experts to discover how debates and negotiation processes can be improved in the future and what role our values should play in this regard.
