The documentary film How to Kill a Cloud by Tuija Halttunen shows a Finnish scientist trying to produce rain in the desert of the United Arab Emirates. Hannele Korhonen has taken on the ambitious challenge of irrigating the arid region – and this involves, in other words, the killing of clouds.
