VIDEO: WHAT DO WE NEED TO FEEL HAPPY?

We all want to lead lives that are as happy as possible – but how can we do so if we have to limit what we want?

In 2018, Professor Dr Uwe Schneidewind from the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy, Professor Dr Felix Ekardt from the Research Unit Sustainability and Climate Policy, the entrepreneur Sina Trinkwalder, and Professor Dr Henrik Walter from the university hospital Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin talked about this issue with Anne Seith from the news magazine DER SPIEGEL. In a discussion that lasted for more than 90 minutes, they addressed the topic’s many different aspects, such as: how have our concepts of happiness evolved in recent years?
