Preserving what preserves us

Everything is connected to everything else. Countless different organisms exist in every ecosystem, where each individual species fulfils a specific task. The lives of all species are aligned with each other in a delicate balance. However, due to human interference, more and more living creatures are disappearing and with them their functions in the ecosystem. Environmental associations and many others have been fighting to save natural systems for decades. They implement environmental protection measures locally and develop grand visions to preserve humanity’s natural basis of life for the future.
