A summer party in the countryside – yet still in Berlin. City and countryside are often portrayed as opposites. But even today, the Berlin metropolis continues to uphold its farming tradition. Together with the Landwirtschaft Zorn, we’d like to invite you to a party at their farm in Heiligensee.
Veranstaltung
On the large meadow, we’ll be celebrating with music, barbecue food, and lots of fun and games for the youngest guests. In short workshops you can prepare snacks and spreads to take home. And in personal discussions on the stage made of straw bales, as well as on guided tours of the farm, the focus will be on tricky questions about the future: how important is agriculture for Berlin? What does it need to exist within the borders of the city? And how can it adapt to the effects of climate change?

- Guided tours & rides on horse-drawn carriages
- Hay-bale obstacle course
- Making your own spreads in workshops by “Restlos Glücklich”
- Joining the conversation: what might the agriculture of the future look like?
- Plenty of grilled food, drinks, crêpes and soft ice cream for the guests

Am Dachsbau, 13503 Berlin-Heiligensee - The event is free of charge.
- Interested visitors of all ages are welcome. We recommend participation from the age of 6.
- Public transport: Bus 133 to Am Dachsbau bus stop (5 min by foot)
S-Bahn 25 to Schulzendorf bus stop (20 min by foot) - We recommend you use bikes or public transport to get here.
Only a limited number of parking spaces are available on neighbouring streets. Parking’s not possible on the track leading to the farm.
