Happy Birthday, Futurium!
Futurium will be one year old – and we would like to celebrate with you. Even if 2020 is a bit different and the big party has to be cancelled due to Corona, we celebrate. We want to say thank you – for the first year together! You have discussed, fiddled, laughed, researched, cried and danced with us, you one of 555.500 visitors and you were always at our side even during lockdown.

We got all dressed up for our first birthday, got the good china out of the cupboard, gave the robot seal a fresh haircut and planned a few surprises for you. Come by and celebrate with us from 10:00 to 22:00 the first eventful year! We are looking forward to you!

One year of Futurium means one year of visitors' feedback. Be it via Google, Facebook or Tripadvisor, be it via our analogue guestbook. Countless visitors have evaluated, judged and sometimes even condemned us – so that Futurium may change to an (even) better, sometimes even to a completely different place. We will present you the best-of live and on site.

Guided tours: Discover and shape the future
For your birthday we invite you: All day long there will be free guided tours of our exhibition. Here you will get to know different futures and exciting future options in the thinking spaces of technology, nature and mankind. We offer guided tours in German and English, for adults and for children – and for the first time guided tours in sign language.

Off to the future! Exhibition rally for children
Explore our exhibition in a playful way: Grab our little discovery booklet for children at the information counter, a pencil and then off you go. Lots of questions, puzzles and suggestions are waiting for you to explore the future – with a big portion of fun, games and curiosity!
