The medicine of the future – what will it look like? Science Year 2026 is dedicated entirely to this major topic. It is opening with an entertaining programme at Futurium.
What impact will innovative technology have on the medicine of the future – from artificial intelligence to 3D printing of hip joints? Will we be operated on and cared for by robots in the future? Will women receive different treatments to men? You will have the opportunity to discuss these and similar questions with scientists – in workshops, hands-on activities and other creative formats. The kick-off event is just the start of the varied programmes and events of Science Year 2026.
An event organised by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) in cooperation with Futurium. The BMFTR is a partner of Futurium.
