Das ist Gastronomie GmbH under the management of Jan Rickers stands for sustainability and top quality. Guests will be able to enjoy the Sarah Wiener Group's own productions. These include the organic farm Gut Kerkow with regional vegetable cultivation, animal breeding, sausage and meat production and the Demeter-certified bakery Wiener Brot.
